We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Fund Administration II to join our Global Transfer Agency team. This role is located in Pune / Chennai, TN - HYBRID

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Fund Administration – IC2 Performs a variety of fund administration activities for funds with more intricate portfolio assets and transactions. Responsibilities include expense allocation, budgeting, cash allocation, analysis of fund metrics and compliance.
  • Calculates daily fund position and cash reconciliations for moderately complex funds. Assists in resolving escalated discrepancies.
  • Reports and analyzes fund revenues, expenses, profitability and other key metrics.
  • Works more extensively with clients to communicate fund expense and performance information regarding moderately complex funds, and answers questions about funds.
  • Reviews fund data and monitors compliance with all regulatory, BNY Mellon and client specifications.
  • Works with internal and external auditors to provide requested information of greater complexity.
  • Compiles and analyzes fund performance data for inclusion in Board of Directors report materials.
  • Reviews fund expense budgeting conducted by support staff.
  • No direct reports; provides guidance to less experienced team members as needed.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • 3-5 years of total work experience preferred; experience in accounting or fund administration preferred.
